How does the loyalty points system work?
Each purchase earns you points based on the value of the test. The more you spend, the more points you earn. These points can be used to redeem other health tests in the future.
How many points do I earn per test?
Here’s a breakdown of points earned per test category:

- 500 points ($99) – Perimenopause, Postmenopause, Progesterone, Metabolism, Vitamin D & Inflammation, Heart Health, Stress Test
- 700 points ($139) – Egg Count Test
- 800 points ($149) – Women's Fertility Test, Vitamin D Test, Women's & Men’s Anti-aging Basic
- 900 points ($169) – STD Test (Female & Male), Women's & Men's Health Test - Basic
- 1000 points ($199) – Food Sensitivity, Food Allergy, Allergy Panel, Women's & Men’s Health Test - Advanced, Weight Loss

How can I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed at the client portal. When your accumulated points match or exceed a test's value, you can use them to cover the full or partial cost of that test.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity (no purchases or redemptions).
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
At the moment, points are non-transferable and tied to your account for security reasons.
What happens if I return a test?
If you return a test or cancel an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your account and navigate to the “Loyalty Program” section to view your current point balance and redemption history.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There is no cap on how many points you can earn! The more you invest in your health, the more rewards you receive.
Do all tests qualify for points?
Yes, most tests on the loyalty chart qualify for points based on their category.
